Job Description
– Lead Food Production in specialised section of kitchen
– Prepare, cook and present foods in designated speciality according to company standards
– Assign tasks and duties to junior staff and supervise in the completion of the same
– Ensure that company operating standards are adhered to at all times and that junior staff are working to the same
– Responsible for stock control / inventory control for assigned section
– Ensure correct set up and clean down of assigned area in kitchen
– Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety and food safety policies are complied with
Experience
Must have a minimum of three years’ experience gained from a good quality outlet where they have specialised either in the Curry or Tandoor section of good quality outlets
DUTY MANAGER – ALL RESTAURANTS
Job Description
– Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the outlet in the absence of the Manager.
– Allocate tasks and duties to front of house staff and supervise in completion of same whilst ensuring a high level of customer service is provided
– Responsible for ongoing training for front of house staff
– Responsible for handling and resolving any customer issues
– Responsible for processing resources or sums of money following established procedures e.g. daily recording of takings, safe disposal of all monies on a daily basis
– Monitor and replenish levels of stocks / stores of equipment and supplies within an agreed budget
– Monitor supplier performance and product quality and deal directly with any issues that arise

Experience
Candidates must have previous management experience of at least 3 years working with good quality outlets. A relevant degree level qualification would be an advantage, as is a high level of written and spoken English.
WAITING STAFF – ALL RESTAURANTS
